Waterproof PVC Flooring Test - Sink or Float

If you've ever wondered whether PVC flooring sinks or floats when submerged in water. The answer is.... It sinks!
In this video, we tested three different PVC floor tiles by submerging them in a swimming pool. All three sank, although it did take a little longer for the one with a raised base and solid surface to sink as air was trapped underneath the surface in the raised base. Once the tile was tipped and the air was allowed to escape, it sank just like the rest.
