Team Infinity 2nd Degree Black Belt Connor Chasteen, age 18, teaches the kama 7 cut at Infinity Martial Arts in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin over Greatmats 1.5 inch thick martial arts mats.
This is the first installment of a 16-part sport karate training series that includes several tricking kicks and combos, weapons tricks for both the kama and bo staff and some basics on how to generate more power and style in sport karate techniques.
