Can these be used as a floor in a run-in shed? I am in the process of ordering a 10x20 run-in for my horses and need flooring. Can the be semi outside, will the sunlight affect them? Thank you! Paula
Yes direct sunlight will affect all rubber in some way, the traditional rubber stall mats more so than a thicker paver tile. One option is to glue the rubber down to concrete with a urethane based floor glue like PL Premium. The tiles will want to expand with heat.
what about drainage?
The tiles should be installed on a compacted gravel/stone mix which should allow for drainage. Shavings for absorption should also be used on top of the rubber tiles on a regular basis.
Can these horse stall mats be picked up at the Orlando warehouse?

I am looking for a good quality 1/2 mats for my stalls we have cement floors and want the mats to be soft on our horses but long lasting is this the right one? I was also looking at the foaling mats would they work just as good?
For horse stalls most customers use a 3/4 inch rubber mat. For the most cushion we recommend our waffle bottom horse stall mats, called our foaling mats. Here is a blog about horse stall mat thickness.
I am looking to get an estimate for stall mats that will be layed on concrete, the stalls will be 16 by 24,want good cushing for their legs
