Unofficial Test - Rubber Patio Pavers vs. Hot Charcoal - 10 minutes

Rubber pavers are some of the most popular products for decks and patios off walk-out basements, for pool surrounds, on balconies and on flat roofs. The weight and durability of the material helps keep the outdoor living surfaces in place while the designs generally offer a more cushioned and comfortable setting to sit and walk on.
Decks and Patios themselves are popular places for hosting backyard barbecues as well. With that in mind, we decided to see how three of our most popular rubber pavers resist the intense heat of a flammability test using hot charcoal briquets.
