Fifteen year old Diego Rodriguez-Florez of Miami Kenseikan Goju Ryu placed first in sync forms with teammate Connor Chasteen at 2019 Infinity National Championship. This video shows him competing in the finals of the 2019 INC event at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells on top of Greatmats 1 inch thick martial arts puzzle mats.
Rodriguez-Florez trains under Sensei Robert Young and Mike Welch.
He also placed 1st in traditional weapons and extreme forms in addition to placing second in Japanese forms and third in musical forms.
Diego is a junior shodan in Goju Ryu, second degree black belt in taekwondo and first degree in Atemi Ryu.
