Cutting an EVA foam puzzle mat requires little more than a sharp utility knife. If have access to a straight edge, utility knife and a pen, you can cut a puzzle mat yourself with ease, following this four step process.
Step 1. Use a pen to mark where you'd like to cut.
Step 2. Align your straight edge with your cutting line and hold it firmly in place.
Step 3. Use a series of shallow scores to cut most of the way through the mat
Step 4. Fold the mat back at the cut and finish cutting from the opposite side, following the crease.
Mission accomplished!
