MAX Tile is a snap-together modular tile with a revolutionary design, consisting of a durable plastic tray as the base with a 3 mm thick vinyl top layer. Designed specifically for multiple assembly and re-assembly as needed with the intention of portability. The MAX Tile can be installed for permanent applications as well. This innovative raised flooring tile offers versatility and is ideal for residential and commercial installations. The underside of the tile allows for air flow and drainage in wet areas and keeps you elevated off of cold or damp floors. Add a 3 mm rubber underlayment for more cushion and quite and for sporting installations. Excellent for basement floors, patios, utility rooms and porches. Commercial applications include dance floors, trade shows, churches, gyms and aerobics flooring.We recommend a 2 or 3.2 mm Rubber Underlayment for installations on hard surfaces where extra cushion or sound reduction is desired and for ALL athletic installations.
