Rolled rubber is an economical flooring for basements. Like rubber tiles, it also protects your floors. However, it is not as easily installed because the rolls are large and heavy. Rolled rubber is typically found in larger installations such as commercial gyms but it can also work in residential basements provided you have enough people to manipulate the heavy rolls.
