The durable 18-ounce vinyl exterior layer in the chain link wall cushion contains a high level of UV resistance, ensuring that our 6x4 graphic outdoor field wall pad will continue to look great over time. As this outdoor arena wall padding will be used in stadiums that are exposed to the elements constantly, it's important to have all kinds of weather protection built into the product.

The vinyl layer in the outdoor stadium wall padding has a cold crack rating of minus-20 degrees Fahrenheit. These materials also provide a Class A flame retardant rating.

The supporting back layer in this chain link wall cushion consists of a 5/8-inch thick plywood sheathing panel. This layer provides support for the outdoor stadium wall padding, ensuring it won't sag over time, while also giving the 6x4 outdoor athletic fence pad a sturdiness that makes it easier to hang on all types of fences. The plywood panel is moisture resistant too.

The cushion in this chain link fence buffer is a 3-inch thick high impact polyurethane foam pad. It gives the 6x4 graphic outdoor field wall pad its safety features, as it can absorb impact and bounce back to its original shape immediately. This foam delivers a high level of safety for athletes playing outdoor sports like football, softball, soccer, and baseball where they may crash into a wall during normal game play.

To further protect against moisture buildup, this chain link wall cushion has three weep holes to allow moisture to escape. This ensures better performance over time for the padding.

Product components:

Backing: 5/8 inch APA BC exterior grade plywood, primed on edges and backside. Exposed plywood surface is painted to match vinyl color.

Vinyl covering:
- 18 oz per sq. yard laminated vinyl, unbalanced coating
- Fabric: 1000 Denier polyester basic fabric
- Tear strength test: warp 85 lbs., fill 83 lbs.
- Tensile strength: warp 221 lbs., fill 216 lbs.
- Weft insertion: 9 x 9
- Superior UV inhibitors
- Cold crack: minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit
- Class A flame retardant
- Vinyl cover is wrapped around the backside of the plywood and stapled every 3 inches with stainless steel staples.
- Each pad has 3 weep holes to evacuate moisture

Filler Foam: 3 inch high impact foam. Filler foam is glued to plywood backing

Adhesive: Synthetic resin rubber base adhesive, high flexibility factor, water resistant, heat & cold resistant, high bonding factor

Attachment: Attached by a minimum of 6 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch stainless steel bolts screwed into 1/4 inch threaded stainless steel washer inserts with 1/8 x 3 inch round backing plates
