High Quality Materials

As these Graphic Chain Link Fence Pads are Made in the USA, they are manufactured with high quality materials and craftsmanship to match. These mats are designed to last for many seasons. The 18-ounce extruded vinyl covers the woven fence padding, and it carries the color and the graphics or lettering that you've chosen. In order to make sure the graphics on these mats stay crisp and vibrant for years in the sun, the vinyl has a UV treatment to resist fading.

The back of the 8x4 chain link fence padding consists of a moisture resistant plywood sheathing panel that's 5/8 inches in thickness. This panel helps give the Graphic Chain Link Fence Pad structural support that prevents sagging or deforming of the foam wall pad.

The interior cushioning on the outdoor athletic field graphic wall pad measures 3 inches in thickness, ensuring safety for athletes. The foam layer will form back to its original shape after impact.

Easy Installation

Each of these Graphic Chain Link Fence Pads weighs 82 pounds, making it important to properly install them. Instructions for installation are provided with every order to make ensure that the pads are correctly mounted.

When installing the tennis court wall pads on a chain link fence, you can use bolt and plate attachments for a proper installation. For installation of athletic wall padding on hard surfaces such as cement of wood, please use our Outdoor Field Wall Padding Z-Clip products as they are designed to be affixed to walls or fences that are not chain link. Product components:

Backing: 5/8 inch APA BC exterior grade plywood, primed on edges and backside. Exposed plywood surface is painted to match vinyl color.

Vinyl covering:
- 18 oz per sq. yard laminated vinyl, unbalanced coating
- Fabric: 1000 Denier polyester basic fabric
- Tear strength test: warp 85 lbs., fill 83 lbs.
- Tensile strength: warp 221 lbs., fill 216 lbs.
- Weft insertion: 9 x 9
- Superior UV inhibitors
- Cold crack: minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit
- Class A flame retardant
- Vinyl cover is wrapped around the backside of the plywood and stapled every 3 inches with stainless steel staples.
- Each pad has 3 weep holes to evacuate moisture

The foam used in these wall pads is three inch thick, high impact foam. The filler foam is glued to plywood backing

The adhesive used in this wall padding is heat, cold, and water resistant. The adhesive is durable and has high bonding and flexibility factors, increasing its resilience.

The outdoor fence padding is attached by a minimum of 6 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch stainless steel bolts screwed into 1/4 inch threaded stainless steel washer inserts with 1/8 x 3 inch round backing plates
