Our padding for chain link athletic fences gives athletes playing outdoor sports like football, softball, soccer, and baseball protection in cases where they may crash into a fence during normal game play.
Each piece of this custom graphic outdoor wall pad consists of a 3-inch thick polyurethane foam padding that will compress under stress and then bounce back to its original shape immediately.
The exterior of our stadium fence padding consists of an 18-ounce UV resistant extruded vinyl that carries the color and the customized graphics on the 4x4 pads for stadium fences. This vinyl covering on the padding for chain link athletic fences features a high UV resistance and a five (5) year limited fade warranty.
To make the outdoor wall cushion pieces easier to hang, each pad has a 5/8-inch thick sheathing panel consisting of a moisture resistant plywood. This stiff backing ensures that you can hang our 4x4 protective outdoor wall pads easily, without worrying about the pads sagging over time.
We give any exposed areas of the plywood on the stadium fence padding a coating of paint that matches the color of the vinyl. This ensures you'll have a finished design in the 4x4 protective outdoor wall pads that is sure to look amazing over time.

Product components:
Backing: 5/8 inch APA BC exterior grade plywood, primed on edges and backside. Exposed plywood surface is painted to match vinyl color.
Vinyl covering:
- 18 oz per sq. yard laminated vinyl, unbalanced coating
- Fabric: 1000 Denier polyester basic fabric
- Tear strength test: warp 85 lbs., fill 83 lbs.
- Tensile strength: warp 221 lbs., fill 216 lbs.
- Weft insertion: 9 x 9
- Superior UV inhibitors
- Cold crack: minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit
- Class A flame retardant
- Vinyl cover is wrapped around the backside of the plywood and stapled every 3 inches with stainless steel staples.
- Each pad has 3 weep holes to evacuate moisture
Filler Foam: 3 inch high impact foam. Filler foam is glued to plywood backing
Adhesive: Synthetic resin rubber base adhesive, high flexibility factor, water resistant, heat & cold resistant, high bonding factor
Attachment: Attached by a minimum of 6 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch stainless steel bolts screwed into 1/4 inch threaded stainless steel washer inserts with 1/8 x 3 inch round backing plates
