Can you do intense aerobic exercise (like Beachbody Insanity) on this mat without disturbing your apartment neighbor below? Would the 2 inch thickness prevent my neighbor from hearing most of the vibrations and noise? Or is the foam too light and does not absorb the noise or vibrations?
