Interlocking rubber gym mats are great for the home user, especially if you think you might be moving. The installation is simple: just piece the tiles together like a jigsaw puzzle and you’re good to go. These rubber mats are great for under treadmills and various exercise equipment as well as weight benches. As a general rule, you can probably get by with 8mm or 3/8” thickness in most cases. However, if you know you’ll be dropping heavy weights (200 lbs or more) on a regular basis, you will probably want to look at 1/2” for extra floor protection.

This is great for commercial installations although we also offer a pre-cut and pre-packaged roll of rubber that is 4x10 ft x 1/4 inch in size for the home user. This type of rubber flooring can be installed with adhesive or with tape. Also great for weight rooms but not as easy to install and transport as our interlocking rubber floor tiles.
For large commercial facilities where large weights are dropped repeatedly every day, we offer a heavy duty rubber gym mat in 3/4 inch thickness. This can withstand even brutal abuse in a commercial gym environment.

Unlike most rubber flooring, plyometric is designed to jump and run on and offers a soft and forgiving rubber surface.
