Mats are overall fantastic. High quality and easy to install. The mats are unfortunately incredibly slick on arrival. Difficult to get any traction at all. A tiny bit better after a few times mopping the surface, but still a challenge. I'm not sure if there is a manufacturing solution to this problem or not. As a heads up, the mats are thick enough to require me to trim the bottom of the door that opened into the room. Not a crisis, but a surprise during the installation. The calculator to estimate the number of mats I would need overshot by a lot, but I suppose its nice to have replacements. Shipping costs were exorbitant and communication with the shipping company was challenging. Considering the very high shipping costs relative to the affordable nature of the mats, most people will chose to buy extras. However, if there were a cheaper shipping options made obvious for a single replacement mat or two, I would have bought just what I definitely needed. While this lead to a larger purchase up front, it doesn't encourage me to be a long term customer, or to recommend the company to others. Adding this ''single mat replacement option'' would make the company a real stand out amongst other retailers.
