Cutting a hole in a Max Tile Raised floor tile is a simple as using a hole saw bit in a drill - assuming you have the appropriately sized bit. If you don't have hole saw bit of the correct size, you're best option is to drill a hole slightly smaller than your intended hole and then complete the job using a saw such as a jigsaw.
It's important to note that the sharper your blade or bit the cleaner the cut it will make. You'll also want to be sure that your blade or bit exits the bottom of the the tile to avoid creating rough edges on the surface.
If your blade is dull on your power saw or drill, it may create friction, causing the vinyl and plastic material of this tile to heat up. Be careful to avoid melting the tile if too much friction is present.
