How hot do rubber equine paver tiles get in the sun

Date Published: 11-19 - 2022

Let's take a look at equine paver tiles for use in direct sunlight. Like any surface, exposure to sunshine will cause the rubber mater of these pavers to heat up. And like most materials, the darker the color, the more effect the sun will have on the temperature of the surface.
Here we tested three different colors of equine paver tiles by leaving them out in the direct sunshine for just over 4 hours each and then recorded the surface temperature of each tile using an infrared thermometer. Check out the results.
