The best tool to cut this thick rubber tile is a sharp utility knife. Several passes will be required the cut through the material. One trick is to place a 2x4 board under the tile after the first pass, to allow the tile to bend down a little bit in order to open up the seam which will make the remaining cut passes easier. Another trick is to use a little 3 in 1 oil on the blade of the knife.
