We do not recommend parking vehicles on rubber mats or flooring as automotive fluids can cause degradation of the rubber material. There is also significant traction between rubber tires and rubber flooring. If a tire is turned on the rubber floor, it can cause the mats to buckle due to the friction.

The durability is about the same, these mats are lower smell than traditional stall mats are not re-vulcanized. The rev-ulcanized are a bit stronger, but for home use its not needed.
