Most Common Product Questions For composite flooring at Greatmats:
what does shore a 68 mean in material hardness, how do you judge or compare this number to other mats number
Shore A to Shore D measures material hardness. Shore A starts at 0 hardness-soft to Shore A 100. Shore A 60 would be comparable to a truck tire.
Can these be used as a floor in a run-in shed? I am in the process of ordering a 10x20 run-in for my horses and need flooring. Can the be semi outside, will the sunlight affect them? Thank you! Paula
Yes direct sunlight will affect all rubber in some way, the traditional rubber stall mats more so than a thicker paver tile. One option is to glue the rubber down to concrete with a urethane based floor glue like PL Premium. The tiles will want to expand with heat.
Beast vs Rallly...which one for a home gym on the 3rd floor of home? Room will have bike, dumbbells, bench, and area for jumping rope/stretching.
The thickness will effect the level of sound absorption. If your main concern is sound, the thicker product, Performance Rally is better.
