The backing of this product is a 5/8 inch APA BC plywood that is rated for exterior use. The sides and edges of the plywood are primed. The exposed plywood is painted the same color as the vinyl.

- Fabric: 1000 Denier polyester basic fabric
- Tear strength test: warp 85 lbs., fill 83 lbs.
- Tensile strength: warp 221 lbs., fill 216 lbs.

- Superior UV inhibitors
- Cold crack: minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit
- Class A flame retardant
- Vinyl cover is wrapped around the backside of the plywood and stapled every 3 inches with stainless steel staples.
- Each pad has 3 weep holes to evacuate moisture
Filler Foam: 3 inch high impact foam. Filler foam is glued to plywood backing
This product uses a durable and resilient adhesive that is rubber resin based. The adhesive is also water, heat, and cold resistant, making it stand up to even the harshest of environments. It also has high flexibility and bonding factors.
This product is attached by at least 6 1/4 x 1-1/2 inch bolts screwed into 1/4 inch threaded stainless steel washer inserts with 1/8 x 3 inch round backing plates. The bolts and screws are both made with high quality stainless steel to prevent corrosion from the elements.
