The high impact polyurethane foam layer measures 3 inches in thickness, providing the desired cushioning in these football stadium wall pads. Finally, the entire 6x4 bolt on wall pads are attached to a 5/8-inch thick sheathing plywood panel, providing stability.

With all of the materials in the 6x4 outdoor wall pads combined, the pad measures about 3.75 inches in thickness.
