For indoor installations where the climate is stable the tiles will be stable and will not expand or contract - you can start up against the wall and work out from there. 1. Establish center line. 2. Install "Home Row" of tiles - approx. 3 tiles wide - along center line. If practical, flush male end to wall. 3. Assemble perpendicular row of tiles to Home Row up against the same wall you started the Home Row. If practical, flush male side to wall. 4. Continue to assemble tile rows in the direction of the female loops, tying into Home Row. Install all full tiles. 5. Finish by trimming any partial tile requirements along walls. Note: Preferably only the female loop sides. Tiles can cut the tiles with a table saw or circular saw - for small cuts a jig saw can be used. |
