This one-piece 4x10 ft x 8 mm roll of rubber is designed for home plyometric floor exercises. Use this plyometric mat for home plyo drills including box tops, side-to-side jumps, lunging, and all aerobic type floor exercises. The density of this rolled rubber is lower than standard rolled rubber material.

This provides the superior cushion and shock absorption needed for plyometric activities. Our plyometric rubber flooring is the same material that can be found in professional gyms nationwide.
