High performance folding gym mats designed for durability and superior shock absorption. Medium density and shock absorption make this series an excellent multi-purpose mat folding type mat and primary skills mat. 2 lbs foam is most common. Please contact customer service with any questions.

Hook and Loop Fastener Information: V2 has Hook and Loop Fasteners on the two short sides of the gymnastics mats, V4 has Hook and Loop Fasteners on all four sides. Choose 4V for attaching the gym mats to each other on the long side of the gym mats - for side to side placement. Choose V2 for attaching the gym mats on the short side for a long run.

I use my mat 6 days a week for both step aerobics and my yoga / pilates workouts. It allows me to be comfortable and safe with minimum mat movement which I value highly. The density of the mat provides great stability under foot for the aerobics and comfort for the multiple positions needed for the mat work and greatly appreciated.
