Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the mats, you may return unused mats within 15 days of purchase for a refund, with the following conditions: Your return of unused mats will incur a restocking fee of 20%. Mats that have been used in any way are not returnable. Laying the mats on the ground only once will be considered a used mat - as lint and dust is easily adhered to the bottom of the mats. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable for retuns. The customer pays for the return shipping cost as well. If mats are received by the customer damaged or if we make a mistake and ship the wrong quantity or color of mats, the customer will not incur any costs to fix the error. If there are any problems or questions with your order please call our business office Toll Free at 1-877-822-6622. Warranty Returns If mats are thought to be deteriorating under normal use within the warranty period, please contact customer service. If mats are determined to be defective and the customer ships mats back to GREATMATS.COM, the customer will be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred when the mats are received by GREATMATS.COM and determined to be defective merchandise. One Year Warranty All of our dense foam mats have a one year normal limited warranty against manufacturers defects under normal daily use. Many of our products have a longer warranty period. |
