Vinyl Cover is a Smooth Surface.
One piece vinyl cover with underlayment of 1-1/2" or 2" polyethylene foam in rolls
Coverings are custom made to fit your martial arts dojo or studio
18 oz vinyl coated nylon covering with RF Welds
Covers are made to order in any length desired and to the nearest 3 ft increment in one direction
Covers are always made with one extra foot in both directions - this insures enough material will be available for the attachment boards
One year warranty on material splits, seams will be a consistant color as the rest of the floor - no color change
Backside of the seams are sealed to prevent any fraying
Weight of overall cover is calculated per the following. (Square Foot divided by 7.6)
Lead time for production is typically 2-3 weeks
Shinny side of vinyl goes down, matte side goes up

Installation Method:

Covers are sandwiched between two boards screwed together, typically a 2x4 board that is attached to the floor and a 1x2 top board.
