These unique double tiles have an authentic double interlocking system that snaps and hooks the tiles into place.

Patented tongue and groove technology is designed to snap and hook the tiles into place, which allows the tiles to have a monolithic step & repeat pattern. This staggers the seams to prevent separation and curling.

Suitable for both indoors and out, meeting or exceeding ADA, CPSC and ATSM safety guidelines. The tiles can be bolt-down at the interlocking tabs. The interlocking feature prevents the need for additional materials such as pins, clips or fasteners.

Applications:
  • Playgrounds
  • Daycare Centers
  • Rooftops
  • Walkways & Paths
  • Recreational Areas
  • Marinas and Docks
  • Horse and Dog Areas
Features:
  • Longer Roof Life
  • Noise Reduction
  • Use of Under Developed Space
  • Low Maintenance Costs
  • Easy Cleaning
  • Consistent Shock Absorbency & Good Footing
  • Does Not Harbor Foreign Objects (Glass)
  • Low Life Cycle Costs
  • Does Not Displace During Usage
  • Easy and Inexpensive to Install
  • Wheelchair Accessible
The interlocks are seen every three inches (3") which provides owners of our products to cut the tongues when needed, thus removing a damaged product, repairing the substrate (roof drain), or relocating a surfacing area if necessary. Unlike pour-in-place systems, if you need to replace an area, the entire area would not need to be replaced if using our products.

Test results conducted at an independent testing laboratory per ASTM F-1292-96, F-355 procedure C (ANSI head-form C), PASSED UP TO AN ELEVEN (12) FOOT DROP.

General Installation Information
Consumers and contractors do most of the installations. An installation guide is available upon request. Adhesive may be applied to the base [coned bottoms (feet or legs)] on solid sub-surfaces only, except rooftops, and should be applied to the interlocks of the tiles-mats-blocks at all times. Tools that are standard for most installations include a utility knife or jig saw for cutting, a straight edge to make your cuts accurately, a string line and tape measure. A trowel or corking gun may be needed for gluing purposes and a drill gun with screws may be needed for bolt down applications as seen in this picture below.

We suggest laying crushed recycled concrete on level ground along with a landscaping mesh or geo-textile fabric on top of the crushed stone before installing our products. Other types of sub-surfaces or bases that can be used are as follows: asphalt (blacktop), solid concrete (cement), crushed stone (stone dust) or quarry (RCA), wood decking, and/ or any standard indoor flooring that does not have stress cracks.

Cutting
Blocks can be cut to conform to the most difficult shapes and patterns, thus giving the area a nice clean finished look.
