 All Rosco Floors, including the Rosco SubFloor with WaveLock™ Technology, are guaranteed by Rosco Laboratories, Inc. to be free from manufacturing defects in both material and workmanship. Rosco recommends inspection of all flooring upon arrival and prior to
installation. If a defect is discovered the customer must notify Rosco directly as soon as possible after the defect is discovered. A representative will inspect the complaint as soon as possible after it is received. If Rosco Laboratories, in its sole discretion, determines the material to be defective within five years of purchase (three years for Reversible Dance Floor), it will supply sufficient material (comparable grade and color) to replace the defective material. Rosco Laboratories, Inc.
will not bear any replacement costs or original installation costs.
This guarantee is in lieu of all other expressed guarantees. It covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Complaints caused by faulty installation, obvious abuse, improper maintenance (including use of non-specified cleaners and polishes), normal wear and tear, burns, gouges, cuts or indentations caused by improper floor protectors and furniture rests, will not be considered a just claim. Problems caused by moisture, hydrostatic pressure, excessive alkali in a concrete slab, cracks in concrete slab, the use of adhesives, cleansers or finishes other than those recommended by Rosco Laboratories, Inc., improper underlayments or uneven wood substrates and other uses contrary to Rosco Laboratories, Inc.Õs recommendations are cause to void this guarantee. |
