Bottoms are channeled for air flow to eliminate potential cupping
Top surface has a paver brick design
Installation - Perimeter glue and dry lay or spot glue with urethane based adhesive
Maintenance - Sweep, hose down or damp mop
Warranty - Materials and workmanship on a prorated basis for 2 years

NOTE: All colors will fade to some degree dependent upon the weather conditions in that particular locale. A benchmark rate of 5-7% per year is used when the tiles are exposed to prolonged periods of direct sunlight. The tile can be refurbished to near its original state by painting with a readily available urethane coating.
