Easy to Install
Our playground flooring offers value, ease of installation, ease of maintenance, and proven durability. Install this tile on hard flat prepared surfaces. It also works on top of rooftops, where you're looking to create areas for patios and decks.
The modular mats are designed and thoroughly tested to withstand years of vigorous play. The playground tile can be installed using a variety of methods.
For the most secure method, we recommend a full adhesion of the tiles and accessories to the substrates using our one part polyurethane adhesive.
Non-Adhesive Installation
For rooftops we recommend using our exclusive fastening system, Quad Bloks. This system offers added stability and ease of maintenance for the outdoor flooring. Each tile includes one Quad Blok Connector 8x8 Inches.
Additionally, by fastening this rubber mat using the Quad Blok connector, you'll eliminate any potential damage to the roof membrane. Because the Quad Blok system does not use adhesives, you can remove the tiles if you needed.

These playground tiles offer an excellent UV fade resistance, so they will hold their color for many years.
In rainy weather, this playground flooring allows water to easily drain around and under the tiles, keeping the surface free from standing water.

A few things to be aware of. This material CAN NOT be installed on top of dirt. It does require a flat hard surface such as concrete, asphalt, decking or if you have dirt then a base of crushed stone that is compacted and leveled is required. For outdoor installations on dirt and over grass consider our Staylock Perforated modular tiles.
