Our equine rubber pavers consist of recycled rubber. The manufacturer uses a re-bonding process that turns the recycled rubber into a clean, safe, environmentally friendly rubber flooring.

Pattern and Texture Options

The distinguishing characteristic of our equine rubber pavers is the dog bone pattern etched into the rubber. The etched pattern will stand up to many years of wear.

This paver is available in a black color, which is helpful for hiding soils. We also offer a few other colors of these pavers for customers who prefer a look other than black.

Rubber is a naturally grippy material, so this is an ideal type of flooring to use in areas that may become slippery when wet or muddy.

Common Use Options

At a racing track, these pavers provide a resemblance to a traditional brick layout, but they provide a much safer space that reduces the chance of a slip. Use of these pavers at a horse show is a good idea too, creating a safe area to and from the show ring.

Installation Options

Dry lay these tiles over dirt or to glue them to a sturdy surface, such as concrete. The individual tiles have straight edges on all four sides, which makes it easy to lay the tiles side by side and to keep the layout tight.

Cleaning and Maintenance Requirements

Keeping these rubber tiles clean is an easy process. To remove dry debris, sweep the tiles with a broom. It’s also possible to run a vacuum over the top to remove dirt and dust. Use a scoop or shovel to pick up feces.

To wash the surface of the tiles, use a power washer or a garden hose with a sprayer attachment. The rubber surface will maintain its traction even when it is wet.

For cleaning the tiles, the manufacturer recommends using warm water mixed with a neutral pH cleaner, followed by a rinse with a garden hose and sprayer.
