Guarantee Our mats are guaranteed to withstand normal daily use including; heavy foot traffic with and with out footwear, contact with water or other (non-corrosive) liquids, being cleaned with mild soap and a scrubby regularly, and being vacummed daily. One Year Warranty All of our mats have a one year normal limited warranty against manufacturers defects under normal daily use. Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the mats, you may return unused mats within 15 days of purchase for a refund. There is a restocking fee of 20% for unused mats that are returned. Mats that have been used in any way are not returnable. Mats are considered used if they have footprints, scuffs or are dirty. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. The customer pays for the return shipping costs. If mats are shipped via common carrier freight truck and received by the customer damaged it is the customers responsibility to note the damage on the receipt bill and get the driver to sign also. If the mats are shipped via UPS and received damaged, or if we make a mistake and ship the wrong quantity or color of mats, the customer will not incure any costs to fix the error. Warranty Returns If mats are thought to be deteriorating under normal use within the warranty period, any problem mats can be sent to: GREATMATS.COM 117 Industrial Avenue Milltown, WI 54858 Please request a Return Authorization Number from your sales person or customer service prior to sending mats back to us. The customer will be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred relating to shipping defective mats when mats are received by GREATMATS.COM and determined to be defect merchandise. |
