We live in a small town. I own a dance studio. But this is a rural area. If I won the cash, I would use it for expenses for dancers to be able to attend a national competition that they won a spot for. If it were dance mats or flooring, I would use it for the shows we do in town, at the mall, and other events. We don't have a lot but we have passion and love for dance.
Our studio is a gym with tile. We are employed through the Board of Education.
We are in a rural title one school. We have little except .....passion. We just won 3 overall titles at 3 competitions. If I won the money i would give some to 2 seniors for college class, buy mats, buy shoes for kids in foster care, and use leftovers for a trip to nationals, which the dancers won and deserve. Thank you. 105 students age 3 to 19.
This is an after school program thru our Board of Education. We have nothing except passion and great teachers. We have won numerous awards this year. Thank you for your consideration. We are the Dance Away Diabetes Champions for 2015-16.
