Coach Ashley Hammons coaches 22 5-6 year olds and I've never seen a coach love kids as much as her. She has bought several kids their cheer shoes, snacks, takes them to games and keeps them overnight if a parent asks! She's an angel that these girls need!

Coach Shayna Crandle is the most dedicated, caring coach ever. She has done so much for my daughter and her team in a way I have seen no coach do in the past. At only 17 years old Ashley Richardson has been assistant coaching since age 7 and head coaching since age 14. Each season, she is in charge of over 150 cheerleaders. Just this year, she has added another division to her schedule which has raised those numbers. Ashley takes pride in coaching and single handedly picks out the music, writes out the routines and creates the perfect bow. She is a straight A senior in high school and helps out with her family. She is also a cheerleader herself for WBE Division 8 and a sideline cheerleader at her high school. Last year she took her Division 3 Warren Royalty team to the state competition where they won first place, then on to nationals in Cincinnati where they were crowned National Champions of the first ever Champion Force Division 3 competition.

Since I can remember, Julie Carpenter has always been such an important person in my life. I can't count on two hands how much she has done for me and for all her other athletes. Since day 1, Julie has been there for me. From writing all her routines, making bows, picking music, etc for more than one team. Julie has coached all over, multiple teams at one time. I was so blessed to coach with her and learn from her. I cannot thank her enough for all the time and effort put into cheerleading while maintaining her family life. I have never met someone so dedicated to the sport or to the athletes. Thank you for always being a shoulder to cry on when needed, always helping everyone out when we needed it, and always being a phone call away. You'll never know just how big of an impact you've had on me. Thank you for shaping me into the athlete I was, and for shaping me into the coach I am. Thank you for constantly being there to tell me I'm doing a great job. I'm so thankful for you!

Amanda Rogers (far right) is the most dedicated coach I know. She gives her all to coaching the girls. My daughter has been with her for 2 years and loves being in class with her and even does private lessons with her and other students to help them be the best they can be. Amanda is very compassionate about what she does and it shows. ----- Amanda has exhibited so much compassion and dedication to her athletes. From shuttling multiple kids to competitions, providing scholarships to kids who wouldn't have competed otherwise, and giving her all for her kids. She continues to do so to this day. She lives 45 minutes one way from her current gym and goes there twice a week to work with her athletes. She's provided private lessons to my child to help her advance her skills. Her love for cheer and positive attitude transcends into her kids! Thankful for her.

Qui Crump has been my coach since freshman year of high school, and I am a junior now. When I lost 2 of my brothers lives, and everyone else was to busy doing their own thing, Qui was there with me though every step. When I ended up in the hospital when I got hurt, Qui was the first person there. When I needed someone to talk to, Qui was always there. I call Qui. It just my coach, but she is a Mom to me. And I tell her I love her and that if she ever needs anything, I am here for her.
To end this I just want to say. Thank you Qui so much for having my back when no one else did. Thank you for knowing that through the hardest part of my life I needed someone. Thank you Coach Qui and Mom Qui for always being there for me and always will be here for me. Thank you for being in my life. Thank you for allowing me to reach my best. These two wonderful coaches, have coached some of us, all through high school, and pushed us to do our very best since day one. Danielle Cole is the head cheer coach at the University of Wyoming, and Jillian Martin is a mom of 5. They're both crazy busy, but never fail to cut time to make sure their cheer daughters are doing alright. They are the best adopted moms, support system, and back bones any of us could ever ask for. They both cheered all through High School, and went on to cheer for UW. Their love for the sport has never seemed to be hindered, and they spend every day building our love for it to be just as strong!

My cheer coach, Shannon Finneran, is very awesome and selfless person inside and out. She really loves her team with a passion and it shows. From cheer camp all the way to the sidelines she carries this contagious energy that just forces you to smile, even on your bad days. She doesn't expect us to hit every single new stunt right away, but she does expect to try. I remember when I first went into freshman cheer I had a very hard time during the summer. Conditioning was tough and she helped me through it. I remember her running with me and doing push ups with me every step of the way and I'm grateful for that. I love how she always ingrains in us that cheerleaders are role models for the community and raise ultimate school spirit. That's why we get involved in the hunger drive and other community deeds along with locker signs. Her coaching methods have taught me life long lessons and i am a very great cheerleader thanks to her!

Coach Meg White was a new coach for us starting last year, our program was so small and had uniforms that we were not even allowed to wear to school. Within a few months, she started our first ever competition team at our school, and pushed for us to receive respectful uniforms which we can wear to school on game days and competition days. We all appreciate coach Meg so much, and she has taught us so much as cheerleaders and athletes, but mostly taught us how to be good people. She taught so many girls to respect others and themselves, and gaining her as our coach also gained our whole team a new reputation.

Coach Selena Gonzales has spent the last 3 seasons sharing her love and passion for cheer with the youth of the community of Rancho Cordova California. She is the heart and soul of the program. This season all three of our cheer squads have qualified for the Sacramento Youth Football Cheerleading championships.

Latisha Demaris just graduated from Montana State University Bozeman where she cheered at the D1 level for four years. Before graduating she was offered the head coaching job at RMC for cheerleading. She goes above and beyond for her athletes academically, financially, and physically. She knows exactly what she's talking about and even gets in to demonstrate certain skills or figure out what's not going right with a stunt. In her short time, she has improved the program by leaps and bounds. Through college she also coached for MT high schools surrounding Bozeman. She also has been on the coaching staff for the MT East/West Shriners Cheer Team since she cheered in it her senior year of high school. She cheered four years in high school and started on a stunt team in middle school. She is irreplaceable!!!

Kayla Meyer is such a great and loving cheer coach. She pushes every one of her athletes to the best they can be and trains them to improve.
